Its really sucks when any web site doesn't support your favourite browser.Yes I love Netscape and unfortunately found most of the Pakistani's site running without its support or they just become spaghetti when opted to browse with NS ;Pathetic! no?
Anyway just have some weary clicks on PEC & taste its spaghetti-ness with NS; its scrumptious ...:)try it

Besides ironies, this updated version of PEC's site is a bit better than prevoius one, but with IE.
